我們蒐集什麼
- 店家帳號：Email、顯示名稱、電話、登入紀錄。
- 訂位資料：客人姓名、電話、選填 Email、人數、時間、桌位與狀態。
- 公開線上訂之服務費：訂單號、金額 NT$10、付款狀態（不含完整卡號）。
用途
用來提供訂位、寄確認信／管理連結、請款與退款、客服與防止濫用。訂位確認由 no-reply@hojoq.com 寄出。
保存與分享
資料放在我們營運的雲端主機。我們不會販售客人名單。線上訂位服務費由第三方支付服務處理卡交易。客服信箱：hello@hojoq.com。
公司尚未設立前，本服務由負責人個人經營；設立後將更新本頁。
Privacy policy
HOJOQ provides tools for restaurants. This website (www.hojoq.com) describes the product and how to apply.
What we collect
- Restaurant accounts: email, display name, phone, login records.
- Reservations: guest name, phone, optional email, party size, time, tables, and status.
- Public online booking fee: merchant order no., NT$10 amount, payment status (not full card numbers).
Why
To run booking, send confirmation and manage links, charge or refund the fee, support, and abuse prevention. Mail is sent from no-reply@hojoq.com.
Storage and sharing
Data lives on the cloud hosts we operate. We do not sell guest lists. Card charges go through NewebPay. Support: hello@hojoq.com.
Until a company is incorporated, the service is operated by an individual; this page will be updated after incorporation.

Dữ liệu thu thập

- Phí đặt online: mã đơn, số tiền NT$10, trạng thái thanh toán (không lưu số thẻ đầy đủ).
Mục đích
Vận hành đặt bàn, gửi xác nhận, thu/hoàn phí, hỗ trợ và chống lạm dụng. Email gửi từ no-reply@hojoq.com.
Lưu trữ
Dữ liệu trên máy chủ đám mây chúng tôi vận hành. Không bán danh sách khách. Thanh toán thẻ qua NewebPay. Hỗ trợ: hello@hojoq.com.
